By using the Americas Credit Program website or enrolling in the Financial Foundation Program, you agree to these terms.
Educational Services
We provide financial coaching, budgeting support, debt planning, and credit education. We do not guarantee credit score increases, loan approvals, specific financial outcomes, or the removal of accurate information.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining their own credit reports, following through on action items, and making their own financial decisions.
Fees & Agreements
Program fees, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are disclosed in the written service agreement provided to each enrolling client prior to signature. All fees paid under a signed agreement are non-refundable and non-chargebackable.
